Cancellation Policy
A) If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior of the date of your arrival, the Hostal charges a $50.00 cancellation fee, in addition to Banco Popular’s charge of a 4.0% Credit Card Processing Fee Charge of the total amount.
B) If the reservation is cancelled during the 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival, the Hostal charges a one night cancellation fee for each villa reserved, in addition to a Credit Card Processing Fee, and the Transaction Cost of the total amount.
C) If your reservation is cancelled the same day of the date of your arrival, or if you don’t cancel on time or show up, you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation, in addition to a 4.0% Credit Card Processing Fee Charge of the total amount. |

To cancel your reservation:
You must give notice of all changes or cancellations of reservations by written notice by E-Mail. We can not cancel reservations by telephone. To process the cancellation of any reservation you must read the cancellation policy; provide the credit card complete information (the same one that you use for the reservation), and the reservation information (name, confirmation number and reservation dates). Please note that reservations will NOT be processed otherwise.
The Hostal cannot be responsible for changes or cancellations that do not comply with these instructions.
Hostal Casa Culebra have already inccur in expenses regarding the reservation process. For this reason, we cannot cancel the credit card charges and reservation processing fees. |
